Wisconsin Healthcare Safety Council

The mission of the Wisconsin HealthCare Safety Council is to enhance the safety of the healthcare community through a partnership which fosters the mutual sharing of expertise and experience while advancing the knowledge of its members.

We are inviting the Health Care Safety Officers from Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula, Illinois, and Minnesota to join the nearly 80 members of WHSC.

The officers of the Wisconsin HealthCare Safety Council are:

The primary objective of the Wisconsin Healthcare Safety Council (WHSC) is to provide an organization through which its members can enhance the safe environment of care of their healthcare institutions by:

*  Encouraging and assisting members to expand their knowledge and skills in the field of healthcare safety and areas of related professional endeavors;

*  Encouraging and assisting members in conducting regular meetings, conferences, and educational programs and by;

*  Providing an organizational structure for the exchange of ideas and information among its membership.
